The original work of ＂Wolf Totem＂ was devoted various thinking by the author. Jean-Jacques Annaud＇s direction could get relatively free space from them and highlight his discussion of the relationship between human, technology and nature. In the movie, the mechanical view of technology and nature venerated the nature of the law and advanced technology, and deconstructed the simple view of technology and nature. The mandatory dream of deconstruction and construction couldn＇t come true which leaded to the tragic ending. The harmonious coexistence of human and animal, human and nature must be placed in the social situation investigation and historical perspective.
