新形势下高职院校学生流动党员存在组织活动开展难,党员党费收缴难,组织关系转接难等三难情况,解决高职学生流动党员的问题,一是要提高认识,高度重视;二是要明确主体,加强管理;三是着眼整体,完善措施。
