摘要
为客观研究医患关系社会心态变迁,引导理智的医患关系社会心态,通过文献研究法,回顾分析以医患关系为核心关键词的中文论文数量、关键词及主要观点。结果显示,1981年-2014年,医患关系社会心态学术研究可分四个时期,重点均围绕医患纠纷、医患沟通、医患矛盾、医患冲突、医患交流等展开,卉显示医疗改革、市场经济及法治建设为影响医患关系的复杂社会因素,伤医事件频发导致医护人员心态低迷。近年来患者对医患关系评价转好,改善医患沟通成为解决医患矛盾和纠纷的社会主流心态。
To explore the evolution of the social mentality of doctor-patient relationship, through literature review, this paper analyzed the quantities, the key words and the main viewpoints of the literatures of doctor-patient relationship. The results showed that, from 1981 to 2014, the academic researches of social mentality of doctor-patient relationship can be divided into four periods, with the contents focusing on doctor-patient disputes, doctor-patient communication, doctor-patient contradiction, doctor-patient conflicts and doctor-patient consultation, all of which were influenced by health reform, market economy and the construction of law. Meanwhile, the frequent medical violations have depressed the medical personnel. In recent years, the patients' evaluation on doctor-patient relationship become better and improving doctor-patient communication has been the mainstream of social mentality to solve the medical disputes.
