摘要
通过试验分析了轻质骨料、保水剂、触变剂等对脱硫石膏基喷涂石膏砂浆抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度、保水率、施工性的影响,确定了脱硫石膏基喷涂石膏砂浆的配比为:脱硫石膏50%,轻骨料玻化微珠3%,细砂46.4%,保水剂纤维素醚0.2%,石膏缓凝剂0.25%,触变剂淀粉醚0.05%。制备的脱硫石膏基喷涂石膏砂浆初凝、终凝时间分别为85、104 min,抗折、抗压强度分别为2.3、4.7MPa,与混凝土板和加气混凝土砌块的拉伸粘结强度分别为0.45、0.37 MPa。并在实际工程中得到应用。
Effect of lightweight aggregate,water retention agent,thixotropic agent on the compressive strength, tensile bond strength,water retention rate and workability of desulfurization gypsum-based plaster mortar was analyzed through experimental. The proportion ratio of desulfurization gypsum-based plaster mortar was determined as follows:50% desulfurization gypsum, 3% glass beads of lightweight aggregate,46.4% find sand,0.2% water retention agent of cellulose ethers,0.25% gypsum retarder, and 0.05% thixotropic agent of starch ether. The initial setting and final setting time of the prepared desulfurization gypsum-based plaster mortar were 85 min and 104 min respectively,flexural and compressive strength were 2.3 MPa and 4.7 MPa respectively,and the tensile bond strength of the concrete slab and aerated concrete block were 0.45 MPa and 0.37 MPa respectively. It has been applied in practical engineering.
