搅拌工艺对聚合物改性水泥基粘结材料性能的影响研究

摘要 研究了搅拌时间、搅拌速率对聚合物改性水泥基粘结材料结块率、流变性能及粘结性能的影响。结果表明:在搅拌时间为2408时,随着搅拌速率的提高,试样的结块率呈降低趋势,并在转速高于1500r/min后趋于稳定,试样的粘结强度呈现先提高后降低趋势,并在转速1500~1750r/min时达到最大,且搅拌速率与浆体结块率有较好的指数函数关系;在搅拌速率为1500r/min时,随着搅拌时间的延长,试样的结块率、屈服应力呈现降低趋势,塑性黏度呈现上升趋势,且均在240s后趋于稳定,试样的粘结强度呈现先上升后降低趋势,并在240s时达到最大,搅拌时间分别与结块率、屈服应力、塑性黏度均呈幂函数关系。 The effect of stirring time and rate on the agglomeration rate,rheological property and bonding property of the polymer modified cement paste were researched. And the results show that when the stirring time is 240 s,with the increasing of the stirring rate,the agglomeration of the specimen shows a decreasing trend,and when the rotational speed reaches 1500 r/min the agglomeration rate tends to be stable,the bonding strength of the sample increased first and then decreased,and wken the rotational speed is 1500-1750 r/min the bonding strength achieve the maximum, the stirring speed and slurry caking rate have the relation of exponential function. When the stirring rate is 1500r/min,with the extending of the stirring time,the agglomeration rate, yield stress of the sample shows a decreasing trend,and the plastic viscosity shows a rising trend,and it would tend to be stable after 240s,the bonding strength of the sample increased first and then reduced,and it would reach maximum at the time of 240s. The stirring time have the power function relationship with agglomeration rate, yield stress and plastic Viscosity.
