摘要
通过聚合物分子结构设计,选用分子质量较高的聚醚大单体(相对分子质量大于2000)及甲基丙烯磺酸钠合成一种早强型聚羧酸减水剂。添加该减水剂的混凝土施工性能良好,凝结时间缩短,混凝土早期强度大幅度提高。可加速混凝土模板周转,提高混凝土制品的生产效率。
Using polymer molecular structure design,a kind of high early strength polycarboxylate reducing agent was synthesized by high molecular weight polyether macromanomer (molecular weight greater than 2000) and sodium methacrylate. In addition,the efficiency of concrete construction is good, the setting time is shortened,the early strength of concrete is improved, removal of concrete formwork is accelerated,and the production efficiency is improved.
