摘要
采用绝对体积法设计了1300~1800密度等级的板岩陶粒混凝土的配合比。随着粉煤灰掺量和砂率的增加,混凝土抗压强度有所提高,坍落度增大;但当砂率超过43%时,抗压强度和坍落度反而会有所降低。可加入HPMC和CNC改善拌和物的匀质性,可得坍落度和扩展度分别为264mm和595mm,且经时坍落度和扩展度降低速度缓慢,有利于混凝土的泵送施工。
According to absolute volume method of grain bulk density, we make the mix design of 1300~1800 grade slate ce- ramic concrete. With increasing proportion of fly ash and sand ratio,the concrete compressive strength is also increasing,when the sand ratio is more than 43%,the compressive strength and slump reduce instead. HPMC and CMC was added into concrete for improvement of homogeneity, and it was found that the concrete slump and the expansion degree is 264 mm and 595 mm respec- tively. At the same time,time loss slump add the expansion degree of the concrete is to reduce the most slowly,in favor of con- crete pumping construction.
