摘要
基于Hertz接触理论和Jones对接触问题的相关研究,介绍了轴向载荷作用下,角接触球轴承轴向位移的数值计算过程,并对所需的轴向位移常数与总曲率系数的关系进行拟合,得到便于编程计算的轴向位移常数与总曲率函数的关系式。通过实例计算,对比分析了不同载荷作用下,轴承轴向位移的经验公式计算值、数值计算值和实测值之间的误差,结果表明:带拟合公式的数值计算值与实测值较为接近,可用于计算配对角接触球轴承预载荷调整后的隔圈配磨量。
Based on Hertz contact theory and Jones~ research about contact problem, the numerical calculation process of axial displacement for angular contact ball bearings is introduced under axial load. The relationship is fitted between axial displacement constant and total curvature coefficient, and the relation is obtained for programming and calcula- tion. The error among empirical formula calculation value, numerical calculation value and measured value of axial dis- placement of bearings under different loads is compared and analyzed through calculation example. The results show that the numerical calculation value with fitting formula is closely related to measured value, which can be used for cal- culating match grinding amount of spacer for paired angular contact ball bearings after preload adjustment.
