摘要
研究了2种不同形状表面凹坑的双金属材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:菱形凹坑双金属材料的摩擦因数比圆形凹坑低,耐磨性更好,且PV值更大,承载能力更强;菱形凹坑更利于润滑油扩散,其双金属材料的润滑性能更好。
The friction and wear properties of two bimetallic materials with different shapes of surface pits are investiga- ted. The results show that the bimetallic material with rhombic pit has lower friction coefficient and better wear resist- ance than bimetallic material with circular pit, having stronger load carrying capacity because of the higher PV value. The rhombic pit is beneficial to spread of lubricating oil, so the lubrication property of bimetallic material is better.
