以控制器的电流校准和检测为研究对象,通过DC/DC转换芯片及外围电容、二极管构成的交流电源电路、控制盒电路、数码显示表电路、电流传感器电路,设计完成控制器的电流校准和检测系统,以此替代常规的数字式电流表的检测,提高了电流的检测效率和精度。

Taking the controller current calibration and detection as objects, a controller current calibration and detection system is designed with AC power supply circuit, control box circuit, digital display meter circuit, current sensor circuit composed by DC/DC conversion chips, capacitors and diodes, which can replace the conventional digital ammeter and improve the current detection efficiency and accuracy.
