腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗子宫颈癌的效果分析

Efficacy of Laparoscopic Uterine Extensive Resection for Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗子宫颈癌的临床疗效及预后。方法将723例子宫颈癌患者根据手术方式的不同分为腹腔镜组和开腹组。比较2组患者的临床疗效、并发症及预后。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、盆腔引流和肛门排气时间明显少于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者复发率及5年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗子宫颈癌安全可行,远期疗效肯定,具有出血少、术后康复快等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of laparoscopic uterine extensive resection for patients with cervical cancer. Methods 723 patients with cervical cancer,according to the different surgical methods,were divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,clinical efficacy,complications and prognosis between the 2 groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding,pelvic drainage and anal exhaust time of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of the open surgery group,there had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of complications in the 2 group had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）; The recurrence and 5-year survival rate had no significant difference between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine wide excision for the patients with cervical cancer is feasible,the long-term curative effect is affirmative,it has the advantages of less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,and it is worthy of promotion.
