摘要
基于世界银行的调研数据,运用多项选择模型(Multinomial Logistic Model),检验城乡医疗保险模式对农民工迁移区域的影响。研究表明:新型农村合作医疗保险会显著抑制农民工选择县外市内及更远的区域务工;城镇职工基本医疗保险和城镇居民基本医疗保险对农民工村外县内的务工迁移具有显著的促进作用;相较于城市两种保险模式,新农合对农民工务工迁移的"拉回效应"更加显著。应在完善中国医疗保障制度的基础上,促进农村劳动力资源的合理流动与配置,进而形成全国统一的劳动力市场。
The study examines the impact of urban and rural medical insurance on migrant workersmigration region. The results reveal that the new type of rural cooperative medical insurance willsignificantly inhibit the selection of migrant workers ＂outside the city＂ and the more distant regions ofmigrant workers; Urban workers basic medical insurance and urban residents basic medical insurance ofmigrant worker shave a significant role in promoting the migration; compared to the two kinds of insurancepattern, the new rural cooperative medical system is more significant for the migrant workers migration.We should improve the medical security system, promote the rational flow and allocation of rural laborresources, and form a unified labor market.
