摘要
"十三五"期间,钢铁工业将进入转型升级和创新发展的关键时期,面对日益严峻的低碳发展形势,应积极应对机遇和挑战。通过国际、国内以及钢铁工业低碳发展形势分析,提出了我国钢铁企业低碳发展的主要方向和应对保障措施。
During ＂the 13th Five-year Period＂, iron and steel industry will enter the critical period of the transformation and innovation development. Facing the more and more serious low carbon development situation, iron and steel company should actively respond to opportunities and challenges. Through low carbon development situation analysis of the international, domestic and iron and steel industry, this paper put forward the main development direction and countermeasures.
