除尘器出口管路ANSYS CFD仿真计算及优化

摘要 针对某钢厂炉前除尘系统风量不足的问题,分析认为,是除尘器出口处直角弯及Z形弯的设计不合理导致了局部压力损失较大。改进将风机出口管路在中间实施隔断,并自风门至除尘器出口处平滑过渡。该部位的仿真结果表明,改进后,压力损失由716.7 Pa减少为523.4 Pa,风量平稳。改造后,除尘风机风量由700 000 m^3/h提高到1 040 000 m^3/h。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient gas flow of casthouse dust extraction system in a steel mill, the analysis shows that the design of the right angle and the Z-shaped bend in the outlet of the dust collector is unreasonable, which leads to the loss of local pressure. The improvements will he the implementation of the partition in the middle of the fan outlet pipe, and a smooth transition from gas shutter to the outlet of the dust collector, The simulation results for the position show that the pressure loss after improvement is reduced to 523.4 Pa from 716.7 Pa and the gas flow is stahle. After the project was carried out, the air volume of the dust-fan was increased in 1 040 000 m^3/h from 700 000 m^3/h.
