基于国际贸易视角的反垄断法贸易壁垒解决机制研究

Research on Settlement Mechanism of Antitrust Law Trade Barrier based on the Perspective of International Trade

随着经济全球化及贸易自由化的发展,各国之间的经贸往来日益增多,但与此同时,以美国为首的部分发达国家和发展中国家利用各国制定的反垄断法实施的贸易壁垒案件也越来越多。在分析各国反垄断法颁布实施情况及我国遭遇反垄断法贸易壁垒现状的基础上,研究了我国遭遇反垄断法贸易壁垒的主要原因,并提出了相关解决机制。

Along with the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the economic trade between countries was growing more and more. Meanwhile, some developed countries with US as leader and some developing countries implemented more and more trade barrier case by using each antitrust law. Based on analyzing the introduction and implementation of antitrust law of each countries and the antitrust law trade barrier status in China, this article studies the main reason and puts forward relevant settlement mechanism.
