摘要 对乙烯裂解焦油重组分的利用进行了研究,并对加氢工艺操作条件进行了探讨。试验采用一段加氢技术,将230~350℃的重组分加氢饱和制备柴油调合组分,考察了加氢过程中反应温度、反应压力、空速和氢油体积比对加氢效果的影响。 Usage of heavy component from pyrolysis of coke tar and operation conditions of hydrogenation process in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company were studied and discussed. Via one- step hydrogenation,blending component for diesel oil was prepared by hydrogenation saturation of the heavy component under temperature of 230 ~ 350 ℃. Effect of the factors including temperature and pressure of the hydrogenation reaction,air speed,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil on hydrogenation result were studied.
