催化裂化催化剂成品气力输送及混仓技术的开发应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对稀相气力输送方式、脉冲式密相气力输送方式和间歇充气罐式密相输送方式的探索、研究,实现了成品气力输送+重力均化混仓技术在催化裂化催化剂生产输送包装过程中的工业应用。结果表明,成品气力输送+重力均化混仓技术的投用,使催化裂化催化剂生产控制灵活性和产品质量均匀性得到显著提升,现场操作环境也得到了明显改善。 Industrial application of the pneumatic conveying combining with gravity homogenization blending system on production and transformation of the catalytic cracking catalyst was realized by exploration,research and test on different pneumatic convey ways such as dilute phase,pulse type dense phase and intermittent aeration tank dense phase. The results showed that control flexibility on production of catalytic cracking catalyst and quality uniformity of the products were raised obviously,and on- site operation environment was improved obviously by adopting the pneumatic conveying combining with gravity homogenization blending technology.
