特种油加氢装置两种原料切换操作运行探讨

DISCUSSION ON RUNNING OF SWITCH OPERATION BETWEEN TWO CRUDE MATERIALS FOR HYDROGENATION UNIT OF SPECIAL OIL

介绍特种油加氢装置运转情况和产品质量,同时介绍了利用该装置加工5#白油料的运转和产品质量改善情况。结果表明,以直馏常二线组分为原料加氢生产的清洁溶剂油产品质量优良;以5#白油料为原料加氢生产的润滑油基础油产品质量关键指标优于Ⅱ类或Ⅱ+类基础油产品指标要求,达到了升级换代的目的。两种原料切换操作,避免了因频繁停工造成的能耗和操作费用的浪费,提高了装置经济效益。

Running situation and product quality of the hydrogenation unit for special oil,improvement on operation and product quality of the unit which was used to process No. 5 whiteoil material were introduced. The results showed that product quality of the clean solvent oil was good with direct straight distillation component from the second atmospheric line as hydrogenation feed. Key indexed of the product quality for lubricant base oil with No. 5 white oil material as hydrogenation feed were better than that of Ⅱ and Ⅱ＋types of base oil,which obtained the purpose of the upgrading of product. Waste on energy consumption and operation cost causing by frequent downtimes was prevented and economic profit of the unit was raised by means of switch operation between two crude materials.
