流体技术在污水治理粉末活性炭喷射装置中的应用

APPLICATION OF FLUID TECHNOLOGY ON POWDERED ACTIVATED CARBON EJECTING UNIT FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

摘要 结合粉末活性炭喷射装置在某公司污水处理中的应用,阐述了喷射抽吸、流态化、空气流体过滤等流体技术,介绍了粉末活性炭喷射装置的空气流体过滤、脉冲压缩空气流化、水喷雾流化、水力喷射抽吸等设备的工作原理和结构。结果表明:该粉末活性炭喷射装置流程短、安全防爆,达到了石油化工装置污水综合治理粉末活性炭喷射的技术和环保要求,石化污水经生化处理后实现达标排放。 Combining with application of the powdered activated carbon ejector in the wastewater treatment plant in a certain company,fluid technologies such as jet pumping,fluidizing and air flow filtrating were described. The principle and structure of devices of the air fluid filtration,the pulse compressing air fluidizing,the water spray fluidizing and the hydro- eject suction about the powdered activated carbon ejector were described. The results showed that powdered activated carbon ejector met requirements of the technologies and environment protecting for the powder activated carbon ejection of the wastewater treatment in the petrochemical plant with the small unit area, short process, safety and explosion- proof. The treated wastewater after the biological treatment achieved requirements of discharge standard.
