摘要
分析了筒内壁冲孔工艺,介绍了冲孔模的主要结构及工作过程,解决了在狭窄空间冲孔的难题。实践证明,模具结构合理,生产的零件满足使用要求。
The piercing process in the inner wall of a cylindrical part was analyzed, and the main structure and working process of the die were described. It solved the piercing in narrow space. The practices proved that the die structure was reasonable, and the parts reached the use requirements.
