摘要
为改善传统弯曲成形一般使用"V"形或"U"形单工序弯曲的生产效率低,弯曲零件表面质量得不到保证的情况,运用连续弯曲技术、无相对滑动无摩擦损伤技术、板料弯曲自动定位技术以及精密加工与检测等技术研发的多次连续弯曲模,能在同一副弯曲模实现板料自动定位与连续多次弯曲成形,减少了生产工序,大大缩短了零件的生产时间,对提高生产效率起到关键性的作用。
In order to improve the generally used "V"-type or "U" type of single process bending lead to low efficiency and surface quality without guarantee in traditional bending forming, the continuous bending technology, without relative sliding and friction technology, automatic positioning of sheet metal and precision machining and detection technology were used to research and develop a multi-pass continuous bending die, which could realize automatic positioning and continuous bending at the same time in one die.
