摘要
分析了手持式LED灯具前盖的结构与成型工艺,对其不合理的结构设计进行了改进,明确了模具设计的重点,简要介绍了模具结构设计。经试模和批量生产验证,模具结构设计合理,塑件成型质量好,成品率高。
The structure and forming process of the front lamp shade of a handheld LED were analyzed, and the unreasonable design was improved. The mould structure design was presented briefly. Through debugging and mass production verified that the mould structure was reasonable and the parts quality was good.
