摘要
合闸电阻为超高压、特高压断路器的重要组成部分,能较好地限制交流系统合闸过电压,但因其结构复杂,也较易引发事故。文中介绍了带合闸电阻的断路器断口结构型式与工作原理,阐述了利用检测合闸电阻投入波形信号来诊断合闸电阻投入时辅助断口触头的弹跳问题,判断设备状态的一种新手段,于现场进行了具体的应用分析并结合解体检查进行了验证。根据合闸电阻投入波形,可发现常规检测手段难以发现的辅助断口触头投入弹跳隐患,保障电网设备的安全稳定运行。
Closing resistors are an important part of EHV and UHV circuit breakers, and can effectively restrict switching surges. In view of complex structure of closing resistors, they are easy to cause power equipment or grid accident. The paper explains the structure and operating principle of the circuit breaker fractures with closing resistors, and then describes a method to diagnose the condition of the auxiliary contacts during the switching process of the closing resistor based on its switch waveform signal. The method is applied in field and verified by disassembling inspection. Based on the method, some indiscoverable auxiliary fracture's contract bounce faults which can not be found could be diagnosed, and the result is useful for the security and stability of the power system.
