摘要
流变测量学的相关方法对多元络合交联聚合物凝胶进行流变特性的评价具有很好的实用性。通过实验测定多元络合交联聚合物凝胶体系的表观黏度、流动曲线、复合动态黏度、模量特征曲线以及蠕变-回复特性。结果表明,随着时间的增加和主剂浓度的增大,凝胶体系的表观黏度、弹性增强、储能模量、耗能模量及复合动态黏度增大,形变恢复性能越好;进一步证实了流变测量学的相关方法可以很好地评价凝胶体系的注入性能、成胶性能以及使用稳定性。
The rheological properties of a complex cross linked polymer gel were evaluated by using rheological measurement method. The apparent viscosityl flow curves, dynamic viscosity, modulus characteristic curve and creep-recovery properties of the polymer gel system were determined by experiments. The results show that: the apparent viscosity, elasticity, storage modulus, energy dissipation modulus and composite dynamic viscosity increase with the increase of time and the concentration of the main agent, and the defor- mation recovery becomes good. It is confirmed that the measurement method of theological properties can be used for evaluating the injection performance, the gelling properties and the stability of the gel system.
