摘要
由中国石油天然气集团公司质量与标准管理部组织,石油工业油井水泥及外加剂质量监督检验中心负责协调实施关于"钻井液用膨润土悬浮液的流变性及滤失量的检测"的实验室间比对实验,本次比对实验共有32家油田企业及科研院所参加,比对项目包括钻井液处理剂基本性能(悬浮液流变性、滤失量)的检测能力,就此次实验室间比对结果进行分析和探讨,其中的经验可以为其他企业和相关实验室开展实验室间比对工作提供借鉴和参考。
In 2014, the comparison experiments among different laboratories on "the detection of the rheological properties and the filtration loss of the bentonite suspension liquid used for drilling fluid were carded out, and they are organized by the Quality and Standard Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation and coordinated by the Quality Supervision and Test Center for Oil Well Cement and Additives in Petroleum Industry. And the experiments were finished by 37 oilfield enterprises and in- stitutes. The ability of the laboratories to test the basic properties (the theological properties and the filtration loss of the suspension liquid) of the drilling liquid additives are compared, and the test results of them are analyzed and discussed. The experience gained in this comparison can provide reference for other enterprises and related laboratories to carry out laboratory comparison work in the fu- ture.
