摘要
针对油田某采油厂接转注水站内工艺管道焊接中焊缝质量一次合格率低下的现象,分别从人员、设备、材料、工艺、环境等方面进行了系统分析,指出了影响站内工艺管道焊接质量的5个主要因素,并提出了相应的质量预控措施,通过实施焊接质量一次合格率有了明显提高。最后分析了油田产能建设中"低、老、坏"现象屡禁不绝的原因,并提出了相应的建议。
The low qualified rate of the technological pipeline welding quality in the water" injection station of a production plant is analyzed from five aspects of personnel, equipment, ruaterial, process and environment, the main faetors affecting the welding quality are pointed out. and the corresponding quality control measures are put forward. The qualified rate of the technologircal pipeline wehl- ing quality is obviously improved after the measures are implemented. The reasons of "low, old, bad" phenomenon in the construetion of oil fiehl produelion capaeity are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
