摘要
水平井连续油管钻磨桥塞技术目前在长庆油田得到大规模应用,增产提速效果明显。重点介绍了连续油管钻磨桥塞技术,对施工参数进行优化选择,并结合现场实际工作情况分析连续油管钻磨桥塞技术的难点和易出现的问题,提出优化钻模桥塞设计、利用连续油管钻磨水平井水力泵送桥塞、优化工艺参数、合理施加钻压等解决对策。现场采用连续油管进行钻磨桥塞,达到了快速、安全施工的目的。
Coiled tubing bridge plug drilling and grinding technology for horizontal wells has been widely applied in Changqing Oil- field, and it has obvious production-increasing and speed-increasing effect. Based on field practice, the difficulties and problems in the application of the coiled tubing bridge plug drilling and grinding technology are analyzed, some countermeasures such as optimiz- ing bridge plug drilling and grinding design, sending the bridge plug in horizontal well by coiled tubing drilling and grinding hy- draulic pump, optimizing the process parameters,, applying reasonable drilling, are proposed. The field applications of the coiled tub- ing bridge plug drilling and grinding technology achieve the purpose of fast and safe construction.
