This paper mainly described the development, target objects, forms, content of Professional Certifi- cation Examination of American Ethics Committee and its positive promotion for the professional levels and career development of the committee members. Based on the mature experience abroad, to organize professional certifica- tion model will be the target of discipline construction of Chinese ethics committee.
