我国临床药师发展中的问题与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Development of Clinical Pharmacists in China

首先介绍了临床药师的发展过程;其次分析了现阶段存在的问题:缺乏统一的入职标准、缺少完善的知识体系以及职能定位不清晰;最后提出了促进临床药师发展的对策:提升临床药师工作规范化,引领临床用药新思维,提升对处方修改的认可度。

This paper introduced the development process of clinical pharmacists and analyzed the existing problems ： the lack of a unified entry criteria, the lack of a perfect knowledge system, and obscure professional positioning. Eventually, the author proposed countermeasures to promote the development of clinical pharmacists ： enhance the standardization of clinical pharmacists, guide new thinking in clinical medication, and enhance the acceptance of prescription modification.
