关于不同阶段长学制医学生对职业认知的现状调查与分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过对某医学院校临床八年制医学生320人进行问卷调查,发现不同阶段的学生在对患者的态度、对职业的认知、自身利益与患者利益的权衡、对医德与医术的看法、从医的价值观及职业精神培养相关问题等方面存在着差异,针对这些问题指出在今后的医学生职业精神的培养中应从以下几点着手:职业精神教育应分阶段进行,应加强在第二、三阶段的职业精神教育。 A questionnaire survey to 320 eight - year clinical students was conducted in a medical school. The results showed that there were significant differences for the students who were in different stages of their schooling in many aspects, such as the attitudes towards the patients, the cognition towards their occupation, the trade - offs between the self- interests and the patients' interests, the attitudes towards the medical ethics and the medical skills, the medical values, the vocational spirit education and etc. According to these problems, vocational mental education should be carried out in stages and should be strengthened in the second and third stages.
