摘要
在介绍卫生体系研究及其概况的基础上,分析并论证对此类研究进行针对性伦理审查的必要性。结合国际经验和国内实际情况,建议构建适合国情的针对卫生体系研究的伦理审查框架,包括以下七方面伦理考虑:研究方法及干预措施、参与者及干预(观察)单元、确保知情同意、平衡风险及收益、关注弱势群体、保护个体隐私和免除审查的条件。
This paper analyzed and argued the necessity to conduct targeted ethical review of health system research, based on introducing the health system research and its general situation. Combined with international experience and domestic reality, this paper proposed to construct a framework suitable for the national conditions in the ethical review of health system research. This framework might contain the following seven aspects： research methods and interventions, participants and unites for intervention/observation, informed consent ensurance, balance of risks and benefits, care for vulnerable populations, protection of privacy, and exempting the review conditions.
