关于医院护士伦理决策能力的相关影响因素研究

Study on the Relevant Factors of Hospital Nurses' Ethical Decision-making Ability

目的探讨医院护士伦理决策能力的相关影响因素,为提高护士伦理决策能力提供依据。方法随机选择2所三级甲等医院的130名临床护士作为研究对象,采用2007版护理伦理决策问卷(JAND)对护士的伦理决策能力进行调查。将该组护士的一般资料作为自变量,对可能影响伦理决策能力的因素进行分析,将单因素分析中有意义的因素采用逐步回归的方法进行多因素分析。结果该组护士的伦理决策能力的平均分为(262.5±15.7)分,处于中等水平。年龄、婚姻状况、学历、工作年限、培训、职称等都对伦理决策能力有一定的影响(P<0.05)。其中学历、培训、工作年限、年龄和职称是影响护士伦理决策能力的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论在对护士进行管理的过程中应该重视对护士的伦理决策能力的培养,根据影响因素,提高临床护士的伦理决策能力。

Objective： To explore the relevant providing evidence to improve the ethical decision - two Three - A hospitals was randomly selected as the factors of hospital nurses＇ ethical decision- making ability for making ability of nurses. Methods： A sample of 130 nurses in research subjects. The nurses＇ ethical decision - making abili- ty was accessed by the 2007 edition of Judgement about Nursing Decision questionnaire （JAND）. General informa- tion of the nurses was analyzed as independent variables and the factors that may affect the ethical decision - mak- ing ability were analyzed. Then the meaningful factors in single factor analysis were put into multivariate analysis u- sing stepwise regression method. Results： Age, marital status, educational backgroun The average score of JAND was（262.5 ＋ 15.7）, at the medium level. d, working lifetime, training, and professional title all had a certain im- pact on JAND level （P 〈 0.05）. Among them, education background, training, working lifetime, age and profes- sional title were the independent factors that affect the ethical decision -making ability （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： In the process of nurse management, it should be paid more making ability and to improve the ethical decision -making attention to the cultivation of nurses＇ ethical decision - ability according to the influential factors.
