摘要
采用机械共混法制备了凹凸棒土/三元乙丙橡胶纳米复合材料,通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线荧光光谱分析了凹凸棒土的结构,考察了凹凸棒土添加量对复合材料硫化性能、力学性能以及断面形貌的影响。结果表明,改性后的凹凸棒土在三元乙丙橡胶基质中能形成良好的聚合物-填料界面,显示出优异的增强效果,使得复合材料具有了较好的综合性能。
Attapulgite( AT) / ethylene-propylene-diene rubber( EPDM) nanocomposites were prepared by mechanical blending. The structure of attapulgite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and X fluorescent spectrometry,and the effects of AT amount on the curing characteristics of compound and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that surface-modified AT exhibited an excellent reinforcement effect owing to its better interfacial bond formed between AT and EPDM,so that the AT / EPDM nanocomposites had better all-round properties.
