术中气压治疗预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of intra-operative air pressure treatment to prevent lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT) after rectum cancer operation

目的探讨术中气压治疗预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果与护理措施。方法将接受手术治疗的84例直肠癌患者按手术日期单双号分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组术中采用气压治疗仪进行气压治疗,对照组无预防措施,比较两组患者术后7 d静脉血流速度及深静脉血栓发病率。结果术后7 d,两组患者静脉血流速度分别为(49.1±7.4)cm/s和(46.7±5.8)cm/s,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组深静脉血栓发病率为2.27%,对照组为12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压治疗可有效预防直肠癌术后下肢深静脉血栓发生。

Objective To explore the effects and nursing measures of intra-operative air pressure treatment to prevent lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （LEDVT） after rectum cancer operation.Methods 84 patients with rectum cancer undergoing operation were divided into treatment group and control group according to the odd or even number of the operation date.The treatment group were given air pressure treatment by air pressure therapeutic appara- tus, while the control group had no intervention.Popliteal vein blood flow velocity and deep venous thrombosis morbidity in the two groups were compared seven days after operation. Results Seven days after operation, the popliteal vein blood flow velocity in the two groups was（49.1 ± 7.4）cm/s and （46.7 ± 5.8）cm/s respectively,with difference of no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）. The deep venous thrombosis morbidity was 2.27% in the treatment group, 12.50% in the control group,with difference of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intra-operative air pressure treatment can effectively prevent lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after rectum cancer operation.
