摘要
采用超声辅助提取法从菠萝叶中提取防晒成分,以单因素实验考察防晒成分的最佳提取工艺条件,并且研究了提取液中防晒成分的稳定性。结果表明:以丙酮为溶剂,料液比0.1200∶25(g·m L^(-1)),提取温度50℃、提取时间90min、超声功率144W的条件下菠萝叶中防晒成分提取效果较佳,温度和光照对提取液的防晒活性没有明显的影响,菠萝叶中含有较强的紫外线吸收成分,是具有广谱防晒作用的植物。
Extracting the sunscreen component from leaves of Ananas comosus by using the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method,and searched the ideal condition of extraction by means of single factor experiments. and the stability of the sunscreen component from the extraction was investigated.The results indicated that,under the extraction condition that acetone was the solvent,the solid-liquid ratio was 0. 1200 ∶25( g·m L-1),the temperature of extraction was 50 ℃,extraction time was 90 min and the ultrasonic power was144 W,the sunscreen component from Ananas comosus can be extracted preferably,the results of experiments also revealed that temperature and light did not have obvious effect on the activity of the sun-protection component. Therefore,leaves of Ananas comosus possess the component absorbing ultraviolet strongly,and this plant have the ability of broad-spectrum sunscreen.
