摘要
建立了牛奶中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经正己烷提取后进行检测,GC-MS/MS定量分析。16种邻苯二甲酸酯在5~1000μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数均大于0.990,检出限在0.001~0.03 mg·kg^(-1)之间。3个浓度梯度(0.10、1.0、10.0 mg·kg^(-1))的平均回收率在83%~116%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.9%~8.9%。方法灵敏度高、定性定量准确、重现性好,专属性强,适用于牛奶中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。
Objective to establish a method for the determination of 16 phthalate esters( PAEs) in milk by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with hexane,and were detected by GC-MS/MS. The substrate spiked standard curves of16 phthalate estershad good linear correlations in the range 5 ~ 1000μg·L^(-1),with all correlation coefficients above0. 990. The detection limits of 16 PAEs were 0. 001 to 0. 03 mg·kg^(-1). The average recoveries of there concentrations( 0. 10、1. 0、10. 0 mg·kg^(-1)) were ranged between 83%and 116%,and the relative standard deviations( RSD,n = 6) were ranged between 1. 9%and 8. 9%. This method is highly sensitive,accurate,reproducible and proprietary.It is suitable for the detection of PAEs in milk.
