摘要
针对荧光增白剂VBL,建立了新的的共振光散射光谱法定量测定餐巾纸中的荧光增白剂。在λ=469nm处,共振光散射强度最大,且共振光散射强度与VBL浓度成良好的线性关系,定量标准曲线为;y=17.70+9.70x,R=0.9978,回收率为87.4%~102.2%,线性范围0~4.0mg·L^(-1),定量限1.11μg·g^(-1),检出限0.33μg·g^(-1),能达到检测要求。初步探讨了实验用水纯度和PH对VBL溶液的稳定性影响,结果显示实验在中性或者是弱碱性的条件下,实验结果比较稳定。
In view of the fluorescent whitening agent VBL,and has set up a new resonance light scattering spectrometry quantitative determination of fluorescent whitening agent in a napkin.quantitative standard curve for; y = 17. 70+9. 70 x,R = 0. 9978,the recovery was 87. 4% ~ 102. 2%,linear range 0 ~ 4. 0 mg·L^(-1),quantitative limit was 1. 11μg·g^(-1),detection limit was 0. 33μg·g^(-1),can meet the detection requirements.Preliminary discussion on the experiment of water purity and PH influence on the stability of VBL solution,experimental results show that in neutral or weak alkaline conditions,the experiment result is stable.
