从显微结构分析混凝土气泡与抗盐冻的关系 被引量:3

摘要 文章定性分析讨论了水泥混凝土中微观气泡与宏观抗盐冻性能的关系。根据试验结果得出结论:C30混凝土按标准养护比按规范养护的抗盐冻能力明显高,其气泡平均半径基本一致,但气泡总面积相差约一倍,说明气泡面积对抗盐冻性能影响很重要;在施工时应根据环境情况调整养护方案,增加混凝土抗盐冻性能;低强度与较高强度混凝土在盐冻过程中气泡的发育与破坏的过程不同,结果也不同,高强度混凝土抗盐冻性能远高于低强度混凝土。 This paper analyzed the relationship between the bubble of concrete and its anti-salt freezing performance. The experimental results show that the anti-sah freezing performance of C30 concrete cured under standard condition is much better than that cured based on the code. Though the mean bubble radius of the two concretes are very close to each other, the total areas of bubble are very different, indicating that the influence of bubble area on the anti-salt freezing performance is significant. In order to enhance the antisalt freezing performance of concrete, the curing method should be adjusted based on environment. For low strength concrete and high strength concrete, their development and damage process of bubble are different during the salt freezing, and the anti-salt freezing performance of high strength concrete is better.
