摘要
要分析美丽乡村建设与转型升级,重点在于自身升级。美丽乡村品牌是乡村和城市无形资产的浓缩,文章以厦门市军营村美丽乡村试点建设为案例,结合军营村实际,探索"厦门军营村模式"的建设与管理,浅析美丽乡村建设与转型升级过程中的问题和措施。厦门军营村的建设是按照"五位一体"要求,注重发展模式、规划设计和优化建设,通过对基础设施、产业经济、生态文明、乡村旅游等综合配套的完善,建设"富饶、文明、旅游"美丽乡村,打造独具特色核心品牌,创建国家4A级旅游景区美丽军营村,实现城乡资源有效交换,缩小城乡差别。
The most important of analyzing the construction and transformation and upgrading of beautiful rural is their own upgrade.
