摘要
某高层酒店为一栋40层超限高层建筑,房屋高度为174.1m,采用框架核心筒结构,该结构在34层位置采用了梁式转换。为了节约建造成本,优化方从荷载的精确取值、梁系布置及楼板厚度的调整、型钢柱型钢尺寸调整、剪力墙开洞及厚度调整、柱的准确归并及计算软件的选择等方面对该工程进行优化。最终,与原方案相比,优化方案节省钢筋576.44t,型钢183.46t,混凝土1838.7m3,总计节省直接材料费337.5万元。
A high- rise hotel is a 40- story High- rise buildings,houses a height of 174. 1 meters,using the framework of the core tube structure which position adopted at the 34 th floor beam conversion. In order to save construction costs,optimize the load side from the exact value of the beam line layout and adjustment of the slab thickness,type of steel column- beam sizing,shear wall openings and adjust the thickness of the column and calculate accurately merge software selection and other aspects of the project optimization. Eventually,compared with the original plan,optimization save steel 576. 44 t,183. 46 t of steel,concrete 1838. 7m^3,saving a total of 3. 375 million yuan direct material costs.
