摘要
制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)接枝马来酸酐(MAH)粘接树脂,并分析不同工艺对于体系接枝率的影响。结果表明,马来酸酐(MAH)的含量、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量、苯乙烯含量、基体树脂熔体质量流动速率均会对体系接枝率产生影响。加工温度190℃、反应时间8 min时,添加1.5 phr的MAH、0.1 phr的DCP、1.5 phr的苯乙烯,基体的熔体质量流动速率为8 g/10min的情况下,体系接枝率达到最大值。
High density polyethylene (HDPE) graft maleic anhydride (MAH) adhesive resin was prepared. The influence of different technologies on the grafting rate was studied. The results show that the content of MAH, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and styrene and the melt index of the matrix have an effect on the grafting rate. In the conditions including processing temperature of 190 ℃, reaction time of 8 min, MAH content of 1.5 phr, DCP content of 1.0 phr, styrene content of 1.5 phr and melt index of the matrix of 8 g/ min, the grafting ratio reaches the maximum.
