摘要 目的观察天山花楸枝叶和果实的粉末的显微特征,为天山花楸的鉴别提供科学的参考依据。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅡC显微鉴别方法,通过数码显微镜观察天山花楸枝叶和果实的粉末显微特征。结果天山花楸枝叶的主要显微鉴别特征是表皮细胞和草酸钙簇晶;天山花楸果实的主要显微特征是石细胞、螺纹导管、草酸钙簇晶、非腺毛、果皮细胞和薄壁细胞。结论彩色数码图片可以真实、直观地反映天山花楸枝叶和果实的显微鉴别特征,可为天山花楸粉末显微鉴别及药材质量标准提供科学参考依据。 Objective To provide the scientific reference of the Sorbus tianschanica Ruper's identification through identifying its branches,leaves and fruits' powder and taking the digital photos of its microscopic features. Methods The method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2010 edition was used to observe the microscopic features of branches,leaves and fruits' powder with Motic Digital Microscope. Results The main microscopic identification feature of the leaves and branches are the epidermal cells and clusters of calcium oxalate crystal; the main microscopic characteristics of fruits are stone cells,spiral duct,clusters crystal of calcium oxalate,non-glandular hairs,skin cells and parenchyma cell. Conclusion Colorful digital pictures reflect the features of Sorbus tianschanica Rupers' microscopic identification character truly and directly. Microscopic identification features and digital pictures can be seen as the scientific reference of microscopic identifications of leaves and fruits' powder and the standard assessment of Sorbus tianschanica Ruper.
