肝细胞肝癌组织中CD90表达与临床病理参数的关系

Relationship between clinical pathological parameters and expression of CD90 in hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨肝细胞肝癌（HCC）患者组织中CD90的表达与临床病理参数的关系,为HCC患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2010年1月-2012年12月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院肝胆外科住院并进行肝癌切除的HCC患者共80例,收集患者HCC组织（HCC组）、癌旁组织（癌旁组）,并收集40例同时期就诊的肝外伤患者正常肝脏组织（对照组）,分析不同组织中CD90表达与临床病理参数的关系。结果 3组CD90阳性表达总体差异有统计学意义（χ^2=120.341,P〈0.05）。HCC组和癌旁组CD90表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（Z=-8.519,-3.545,P〈0.05）。HCC组CD90表达明显高于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义（Z=-8.958,P〈0.05）。CD90在HCC组织中的表达与肿瘤大小、肝内转移、TMN分期和病理分级有关（Z=-2.204、-2.728、-3.085、-4.068,P〈0.05）。CD90阳性患者1年生存率与2年生存率分别为87.67%和63.01%,CD90阴性患者分别为85.71%和57.14%,差异均无统计学意义（χ^2=1.421,P=0.233;χ^2=0.094,P=0.759）。结论 CD90在HCC组织和癌旁组织中高表达,且其表达与临床病理参数紧密相关,可为HCC患者诊断、治疗、预后评估提供参考。

Objective To investigate the relationship between clinical pathological parameters and expression of CD90 in hepatocellular carcinoma,and provide evidence for the treatment of HCC patients. Methods 80 HCC patients were selected with excision of liver cancer from department of hepatobiliary surgery,Sun Yixian Memorial Hospital of Zhongshan University from January 2010 to December 2012,and their HCC cancer tissues（ HCC group）,para-carcinoma tissues（ para-carcinoma group） were collected. 40 cases of normal liver tissues of liver trauma patients were collected（ control group）,The relationship between clinical pathological parameters and expression of CD90 in different tissues was analyzed. Results Positive expression of CD90 was statistically significant between three groups（ χ^2= 120. 341; P〈0. 05）. Expression of CD90 in HCC group and para-carcinoma group were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ Z =- 8. 519,- 3. 545; P〈0.05）. Expression of CD90 in HCC group was higher than that in para-carcinoma group,the difference was statistically significant（ Z =- 8. 958; P〈0. 05）. Expression of CD90 in HCC cancer tissues was related with tumor size,intrahepatic metastasis,TMN staging and pathologic grading（ Z =- 2. 204,- 2. 728,- 3. 085,- 4. 068; P〈0.05）. 1 year survival rate and 2 years survival rate of CD90 positive patients were 87. 67%,63. 01%,the difference were not statistically significant（ χ^2= 1. 421,P = 0. 233）,and negative patients were 85. 71%,57. 14% respectively,the difference were not statistically significan（ χ^2= 0. 094,P = 0. 759）. Conclusion The expression of CD90 increased in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues,and was closely related with clinical pathological parameters,which can provide reference for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of HCC patients.
