摘要
针对户外配电变压器监控的需求,设计了具有数据采集处理和报警功能的变压器监控报警系统。采用模块化的设计方案,给出了系统的硬件电路和软件设计。系统选用MSP430F149为控制单元,MAXQ3180为运行参数采集单元,以RD120-2W为核心的北斗短报文通信单元,以及采样电路、液晶显示电路、电源电路等周围电路组成。经过实际测试,监控报警终端具有功能丰富、实用性强、工作稳定可靠的优点。
In allusion to the demand of outdoor distribution transformer monitoring, this paper designed the transformer monitoring alarm system with functions of data collection processing and alarm. The modular designing scheme was adopted, the hardware circuits and soft- ware design of the system given. The system selected MSP430F149 as the central control unit, MAXQ3180 as the operation parameter acquisition unit, and RDI20-2W as Beidou short message communication unit and other peripheral compositions of sampling circuit, LCD circuit, power circuit etc. After practical testing, the monitoring alarm terminal shows its advantages of rich function, strong practicability and reliability.
