减三糠醛抽出油掺入量对改性沥青性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以减三糠醛抽出油为相容剂,90#沥青为基质沥青,LG 411 S为改性剂,考察了相容剂的不同掺入量(占基质沥青质量分数)0,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,4.0%,5.0%对改性沥青常规、高温剪切流变性能、低温弯曲梁流变性能的影响,分析了相容剂掺入量对沥青相与热塑性丁苯嵌段共聚物(SBS)相形态特征的影响。结果表明,加入相容剂后,改善了SBS在沥青中的溶胀、分散程度,显著提高改性沥青的储存稳定性;经过旋转薄膜烤箱(RTFOT)后,5℃延度、5℃老化后延度逐渐增加,提高了改性沥青的延伸性能。当抽出油掺入量为2.0%时,改性沥青的高温性能最高使用温度由70℃降低至64℃,高温抗车辙因子能力降低;改性沥青的最低使用温度由-12℃降低至-18℃,低温抗裂性能提高;SBS在沥青中由团絮状分散状态转变为均匀分散状态,体系更稳定。 The effect of different adding amounts of compatibilizer of 0,1.0% ,2.0% ,3.0% ,4.0% , 5.0% (mass fraction in matrix) on conventional properties, h'igh -'temperature shear rheological properties and low -temperature bending beam rheological properties of modified asphalt were investigated with furfural extract oil as compatilizer, 90# asphalt as matrix, LG 411 S as modifier and the characteristics of asphalt phase and styrene - butadiene- styrene block copolymer .(SBS) phase in the presence of compatilizer was analyzed. The results showed that after adding compatilizer, swelling and dispersion of SBS in asphalt was improved and the storage stability of modified asphalt increased remarkably. After the rolling thin film oven test ( RT- FOT), ductility and aging ductility at 5 ℃ rose gradually, which improved stretching properties. When the adding amount of furfural extract oil was 2.0% , the highest service temperature .of modified asphalt decreased from 70 ℃ to 64 ℃ and its abilities of high- temperature rutting resistance factor lowered. The lowest Service temperature of modified asphalt decreased from -12 ℃ to -18℃ and the lowtemperature cracking resistance improved. In asphalt,SBS dispersed from flocculent to evenly and SBS -asphalt mixed system was more stable.
