摘要
中国石油呼和浩特石化公司采用中国石油开发的LNE-2催化轻汽油醚化工艺新建1套40万t/a轻汽油醚化装置。工业标定结果表明,在装置操作条件稳定的情况下,C_5和C_6的叔碳烯烃平均转化率分别为90.62%,51.04%,醚化轻汽油烯烃质量分数平均为24.18%,均达到装置设计指标;轻汽油经醚化反应后,催化汽油辛烷值从90.7提高到91.9,装置能耗[m(标准油)/m(原材料)]为23.411 kg/t,比设计值低了15.22%,表明采用该技术生产出合格的醚化轻汽油,技术指标完全达到预期目标。
The light catalytic gasoline etherification process LNE -2 developed by PetroChina was applied to a 400 kt/a newly - built light gasoline etherification unit of Hohhot Petrochemical Compa- ny. The industrial calibration results showed that under the stable operating conditions, the average conversion of tert - C5 and C6 olefins was 90.62% and 51.04% respectively and the average mass fraction of olefin in etherified light gasoline was 24.18%, which all met the requirement of design values of theunit. After etherification,the octane number of catalytic gasoline improved from 90.7 to 91.9 and the consumption [ m ( standard oil)/m ( raw material) ] of the unit was 23. 411 kg/t, 15.22% lower than design value,indicating that with LNE - 2 process, the qualified etherified light gasoline was produced, which reached the expected effect.
