摘要
在中国石油锦西石化公司1.80 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上实施了提高辛烷值方案,即更换催化剂种类、优化反应-再生部分操作参数、严格控制稳定塔操作参数等措施。结果表明,催化剂RICC-3变更为催化剂LDC-200,改善了异构化和芳构化等氢转移能力;将反应温度提高了3℃,剂油比提高了0.3个单位;稳定塔塔底温度降低了2.9℃,塔顶压力增加了16 k Pa,上路和中路进料改为中路和下路进料,总液体收率和汽油收率分别提高了0.35,0.91个百分点,汽油辛烷值提高了1.3个单位。
The scheme for improving gasoline octane number was performed in the 1. 80 Mt/a residue fluid catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company. The original catalyst was changed into a new kind,the reaction -regeneration parameters were optimized, and the operating condition of gasoline stabilizer was controlled strictly. The results showed that the new catalyst LDC -200 improved hydrogen transfer in isomerization and aromatization reactions. When the reaction temperature increased by 3 ℃ ,the massratio of catalyst to raw material oil increased by 0.3 units ;the temperature at tower bottom of stabilizer decreased by 2.9 ℃ ,pressure at tower top increased by 16 kPa,and the feeding mode was changed from upper/middle zone feeding to middle/lower zone one, the total liquid yield and gasoline yield increased by 0.35 and 0.91 points respectively, and the octane number of gasoline increased by 1.3 units.
