摘要 近年来,由于国内外原油呈现劣质化、重质化趋势,原油中含水率不断增长,为达到运输与加工和符合商品质量原油标准的要求,必须除去原油中含有的部分水分。目前,单一种类的破乳剂破乳脱水率很难有较好效果,将破乳剂之间进行复配是开发具有高效脱水率破乳剂的方法之一。基于此,本文综述了化学破乳法中原油破乳剂的发展过程、复合型原油破乳剂,并对克拉玛依某采油区稠油破乳脱水技术进行了展望。 In recent years, as domestic and foreign crude oil revealed a trend of inferior outcome, moisture content has seen a continuous increase in crude oil. In order to achieve the requirements of the transport and processing of crude oil and in accordance with product quality standards, some of the moisture contained in the crude oil must be removed. At present, the single type of demulsifier demulsification dehydration rate is difficult to have a good effect. The combination between multiple demulsifiers is one of the efficient methods to create the demulsifier with high dehydration rate. The development process of chemical demulsification of crude oil demulsifier was reviewed and crude oil demulsifier was compounded, while the future of demulsification of crude oil dehydration technology in Karamay Oilfield was prospected.
