脱涩青柿子醇提取物体外抗氧化研究

摘要 柿子在我国已有3000多年的栽培历史,分布广泛。柿子含有大量的糖类及多种维生素营养物质,而且具有很高的药用价值和经济价值,是山区脱贫致富的重要树种。研究青柿子(未成熟的柿子)醇提取物体外抗氧化作用。用无水乙醇制备青柿子提取物,测量其多糖含量。以维生素C为阳性对照,并对其抗氧化性进行测定。结果表明:脱涩青柿子醇提取物多糖含量为32.54%。醇提取物对DPPH自由基的IC50为0.8 mg/m L,脱涩青柿子具有较好的抗氧化作用。 Persimmon has a long cultivating history and distribute widely in China. Persimmon not only contains a mass of saeeharide and multiplex vitamin, but also has high medicine and economic value, which is one of the most impormant economic tree varieties to help farmers casting off poverty to get rich in mountainous area. To study the antioxidant effect of ethanol extract of green persimmons from the object, the extract of green persimmons with the absolute ethyl alcohol was prepared, the content of polysaccharide was measured, VC for positive comparison was used and their antioxidant was measured. Results showed that the content of ethanol extract of green non-astringent persimmons was 32. 54%. The IC50 of ethanol extract related to DPPH free radicl was 0. 8 mg/mL. The ethanol extract of green non- astringent persimmons has obvious antioxgenation.
