摘要
分别以甲醇、乙酸乙酯、水为溶剂,对八角叶回流提取,再通过D101大孔吸附树脂得到过柱粗提取物并精制得其精制提取物,再将以上五种提取物配成五种溶液。分别采用分光光度法测其五种提取物的抗氧化活性,并与人工合成抗氧化物质BHT进行比较。结果表明:八角叶不同溶剂提取物均具有抗氧化活性,且其作用强度与其质量浓度呈正相关性,其精制提取物的抗氧化能力最强,但在一定范围内均弱于相同浓度下的抗BHT的抗氧化性。
The leaves of Illicium verum were extracted respectively by methanol, ethyl acetate and water. Using the D101 macroporous adsorption resin to get the column of crude extracts, and then the refined extracts were refined. The above five kinds of extracts were made up into five kinds of solution. The antioxidant activity of five extracts were determined with spectrophotometric method and compared to BHT. The result indicated that all extracts exhibited antioxidant activity. Its intensity and concentration were positively correlated. Antioxidant capacity of the refined extract was strongest. But in a certain range, the antioxidant activity of extracts was weaker than the same concentration of BHT.
